Team management is now part of Organization Settings, not a separate long-term workflow page.
What Lives In Organization Settings
The organization settings area has three tabs:
| Tab | What it manages |
|---|---|
| Branding | Company name, colors, logo, and welcome message |
| Team | Internal dashboard members and access |
| Provider Keys | Bring-your-own-key credentials shared across the organization |
Roles And Access
In general:
- support users can work inside agents
- admins and superadmins can manage organization-level settings
Billing, usage, and organization settings are intentionally separated from day-to-day agent operations.
Team Management Tips
- give the smallest role that still lets someone do their job
- remove stale access quickly when responsibilities change
- keep provider key access limited to trusted admins
- explain the difference between end users and team members to avoid confusion
