What Lives In Organization Settings

The organization settings area has three tabs:

Roles And Access

In general:

  • support users can work inside agents
  • admins and superadmins can manage organization-level settings

Billing, usage, and organization settings are intentionally separated from day-to-day agent operations.

  • remove stale access quickly when responsibilities change
  • keep provider key access limited to trusted admins
  • explain the difference between end users and team members to avoid confusion
