What Belongs In Media
Media is best for:
- product images
- brochures and PDFs
- videos
- downloadable reference files
Unlike Sources, Media is not just for retrieval. It is for content the agent can directly send back to users.
What You Can Do
On the Media page you can:
- upload new assets
- edit titles, descriptions, and tags
- activate or deactivate assets
- switch between list and grid-style browsing
- delete outdated files

Best Practices
- only upload assets a human agent would feel comfortable sending manually
